Kaffir Lime Wild Red Prawns (Jumbo Sashimi Grade) × A5 Wagyu Beef Bowl + Chilled Vegetable Salad + Australian Avocado and Kale Yogurt Smoothie Set
$178–198
Shrimp tastes like shrimp, and rice tastes like rice!
Wild red shrimp from the deep Atlantic Ocean offer a rich shrimp flavor and are low in fat and high in protein, rich in the powerful antioxidant astaxanthin and essential minerals. Lightly pan-sear the red shrimp with Irish grass-fed butter until the edges turn red, then add lime zest and finish with a light sprinkle of French fleur de sel for a savory, refreshing flavor.
Combine with A5 Wagyu beef, white mushrooms, egg, and sweet corn. Pour clam juice and Hokkaido kelp stock over Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice cooked in spring water to enhance the umami, along with Italian avocado anti-inflammatory slow-simmered shrimp oil, bringing out the natural flavors of shrimp, Wagyu beef, mushrooms, and delicate fruitiness.
Gentle cooking: Cook gently at 120°C and remove as soon as the aroma is released to preserve the ingredients' freshness, flavor, and nutrients. Low in oil and salt, with no MSG or additives.
